Gentlemen:
Enclosed you will find the Minimum Development Standards (MDS) Decision for the trash
enclosure located at 1989 Mohawk Blvd. The application has been approved with the inclusion
of one condition:
"Applicant shall record a maintenance agreement stipulating monitoring'
,and pumPing of the catch basin."
A Development Agreement must be signed by the property owner and City staff memorializing
'this Decision. The City provides free notary service for applicants or I can send the Agreement
by mail, just let me know which works better for you.
