Today I drove past the Sonic and it appears all conditions have been met. There were no traffic cones and the lights
have cut off shields. The site is now in compliance with the conditions of approval.

Cindy,
Dave Manke called today about the final order. The lights have been fitted with shields and the cones will be removed
when the striping is complete. Because of the wet weather, I gave him until the 18th. .

SPECIFIC VIOLATION/REQUIRED CORRECTION:
. Section 4.5-110 Illumination and Height of the Springfield Development Code - the laCk of full cut off
shields on the lighting.
. Section 5.17-155 Maintaining the Use of the Springfield Development Code and violation of the access
easement granted to the adjacent properties. Traffic cones are being placed at the site which alters the
approved access at the site. All use of the site must be in accordance with the approved Site Plan and
the all use of traffic cones to alter circulation pattems must cease.
