Subject: Final Site Plan Application
Dear Steve,
Attached is the Final Site Plan Application and associated plans for the proposed
Sonic Drive-In/Abby's Pizza/Deli proposed to be located at 2005 Olympic Street
For ease of review, the revisions have been'italicized on the final site plan drawing:
The property owner (Pol,en, Futures, LLC) has authorized me to submit the Final Site
Plan application as described in the attached document
Listed below are the responses to the conditions of approval listed in the final staff
report:
1. "The vegetative swales shall be fully vegetated with all species established
prior to issuance of the tentative occupancy building permit." - This note has.
been added to both the final site plan general notes and landscape plan,
2, "The final site plan shall be revised to show the revised fence, The fence
shall be constructed prior to occupancy" - The fence detail has bee added to
the final site plan and'this note has been added as construction note 38,
3, "The menu board speakers shall contain automatic volume control as
described in the document submitted on May 21." - The sound system
manufacturer is putting together the system components for the Sonic project
at this time and will integrate a volume control :system sufficient to limit the
sound levels at the south property line to 65dB as we have agreed upon (See
construction note 21),
4, "Prior to occupancy, place wellhead protection signs at each of the trash
enclosures and at the north end of the parking lot." - See construction note
39 for sign locations,
5, "Prior to approval of the final site plan, submit aDWP application or request
for exemption. The application or exemption must be approved prior to
approvai of the final site plan." - You have acknowledged receipt of the DWP
exemption,
