Thanks Dennis. I.don't believe the developer intends to have direct access onto' Main Street, although the parcel has an
unusual 14-foot wide by S70-foot long panhandle extension that reaches the south edge of Highway 126. However, City
staffs observation is that at build-out this project will generate approximately 800 vehicle trips per day onto South 67th
Street and.the nearby intersection with Main Street. Springfield staff will advise the developer to engage ODOT in
discussions as the development planning proceeds.

I impacts to the highway from the apartment complex based upon an ODOT review and approval
of the application.
