This meeting is being moved Into Conference Rooms 615 and 616 to accommodate the growing number of
attendees. I will contact ODOT to let them know.

This meeting has been rescheduled to allow Mike Spaeth from ODOT to attend. ODOT will also be sending the
following people to this meeting:
. David Warren, Traffic Manager (Salem)
. Jamie Hollenbeak, Access Management Project Manager (Salem)
. Jeff Lange
. Lynn Stuckrath-Dietering
I mentioned that the folks from Salem may not need to attend since Mike will be here, but she said because It had
reached this level, they preferred to attend.
Jim Hanks from JRH will also be able to attend.

Amy: I spoke with the Mayor this morning and then followed up with Joe TokaUy about an ODOT access management
problem that he is having for his project at 44th and Main. The Mayor would like to join us at a meeting I'm asking you to
please schedule for next week that will involve the Mayor, me, Tom Boyatt and Jim Hanks from JRH (687-1081). Joe will
be unable to join us as he is out of town next week when we really want to meet about this. I thought you would be the best
one to arrange this given constraints on the Mayor's calendar. Thanks.
Tom: It's really important that you be able to attend, and per the Mayor's request, will you please do your best to get Mike
Spaeth or someone local from ODOT to this meeting. Apparently Salem ODOT has been handling this for the agency and
from the sounds of it, are not being reasonable. The property owner and his consultant (Jim Hanks) have offered a
restricted right in I right out for Main SI. where there is existing access, and ODOT is not accepting this. Mr. TokaUy
indicated that Jim Hanks might be able to get this resolved next week, but has been alerted that the City of Springfield
want to be at the table to express the public's interest in the matter... from the City's perspective.
