I requested simple modifications to the plan with last revised date of 10-15-08, along with design changes to meet ODOT requirements. The exhaustive back and forth is a result of plan changes required by City staff. I requested plan changes that would help in the daily operation of this facility and that conformed substantially to the 10-15-08 Final Site Plan. The City change requirements, although very minor, did not help in the operation of the facility, would have looked bad, and did not provide any other benefits. This did not have to be this difficult and I'm not sure what happe'ned but we need some communication to complete this project. I am sorry it turned out this way but this was not the result I envisioned. Mike --- Original Message -- iFrom:.LiMBJRD7"Andrew7, '-iJ!#'!'.... Accordingly, staff decline your request to adjust the curbline configuration and landscaping area at the southwest corner of the site (as depicted in redline on the approved site landscaping plan, file #ERAC L1 Gerot-2.pdf]. This concludes our discussions on this issue. Andy Limbird City of Springfield 1 . . Date ~eceived:~/P"'t'9 . Planner: AL
