I just started to review the submittal today and noticed that the title report is from 2006. As we wrote on the pre-submittal checklist, we need to have a title report issued within the past 30 days at the time of submittal. Please either emaif me or drop off a current title report for the property as soon as possible. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! I somehow got sidetracked when I got back to the office on Friday. I don't know how I remembered at this wierd hour but here it is - a week later. I am going to be out of the office for the first few days next week so I am trying to finish up some things before I go. I hope I didn't cause any problems for you. You were very understanding to accept the application without this. Please let me know if you need anything else.
