Thanks for the deed. I just started to review the submittal today and noticed that the title report is from 2006.
As we wrote on the pre-submittal checklist, we need to have a title report issued within the past 30 days at the
time of submittal. Please either emaif me or drop off a current title report for the property as soon as possible.

I am so sorry I forgot to e-niailthe deed showing ownership for the site review I submitted last Friday (12-21-07)
as I said I would. I somehow got sidetracked when I got back to the office on Friday. I don't know how I
remembered at this wierd hour but here it is - a week later. I am going to be out of the office for the first few
days next week so I am trying to finish up some things before I go. I hope I didn't cause any problems for you.
You were very understanding to accept the application without this. Please let me know if you need anything
else.

The attached preliminary title report ("Report") was prepared by Cascade Title Co~pany after
researching the Lane County Oregon real property deed records. The Report provides information
about title to the real property that is the subject of the pending transaction. Please 'review the
