Hi Andy, my name is Ronni Price and I am the administrative assistant in the
Planning & Development department. Pat will be out of the office for a while and I will
be handling the DRC's in her absence.
The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant wishes
to partition one lot into two parcels. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, a
new single-family detached dwelling unit would be subject to a system development
charge (SDC) of $2,513 for park and recreation improvements.

The SDC would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based
on the SDC policy in effect at that time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's
SDC fact sheet or to me, for further information.
