Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, a new single-family detached dwelling unit would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of $2,513 for park and recreation improvements. . , The SDC would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in effect at that time.
