Hi Andy and Clayton,
I have talked to Brian regarding the 20th Street cul-de-sac improvements. We do think it is reasonable,
especially with Lane County's comments, that we require the applicant to pave the entire width of the
cul-de-sac. Andy's pictures indicate that the existing potholes and the condition of the gravel paving
will need to be upgraded to provide adequate improvements for fire access at this time anyway. So our
recommendation is that they go ahead and complete the paving at this time with the curb and gutter
only along their property frontage. .
