Jim: The only comments I have from Surveying on the draft Improvement Agreement is that 1) it should read "Helfrich
Family Revocable Living Trust" in the preamble and on the signature lines to be consistent with the language found on
the property deed; and 2) on Page 3 for the Notary, after "SE IT REMEMBERED that..." the line should read "Dean
Helfrich and Gayle D. Helfrich, Trustees of the Helfrich Family Revocable Living Trust". Thanks
