'There are 10' easements required along both the east and west boundaries, but for different purposes. :, This shouldn't delay the partition, and the applicant can provide evidence of the easement ~ctions (dedication of new and vacation of old) when they submit the final plat. Jim McLaughlin asked me to send you a statement concerning the Helfrich easements. he Helfrich family has signed a 10' wide easement along the south and west sides Of Tax Map 17-03-24 Tax Lot 500, which was recorded with the county on February 9th. The existing three EWEB easements on the property, that SUB now owns, will be vacated at SUB's next m~nthly board meeting on March 11th. They were to be ~acated at the last board ~eeting on February 11th, but for unkn.own reasons they were not brought to the boards attention. I hope this will not slow the land partition down.
