HEAD Ed (SUB)
RE: Helfrich easements
Hi Ed, just to clarify is it the south and west sides of the parcel or the south and east sides? 'There are 10' easements
required along both the east and west boundaries, but for different purposes. :,
This shouldn't delay the partition, and the applicant can provide evidence of the easement ~ctions (dedication of new
and vacation of old) when they submit the final plat. Thanks for the heads up.

Andy,
I.
Jim McLaughlin asked me to send you a statement concerning the Helfrich easements.
he Helfrich family has signed a 10' wide easement along the south and west sides Of Tax Map 17-03-24 Tax
Lot 500, which was recorded with the county on February 9th.
The existing three EWEB easements on the property, that SUB now owns, will be vacated at SUB's next
m~nthly board meeting on March 11th. They were to be ~acated at the last board ~eeting on February 11th,
but for unkn.own reasons they were not brought to the boards attention.
I hope this will not slow the land partition down.
A 7' street side PUE is still required as is on any residential subdivision.
Ed
