Hi Jim, the Improvement Agreement form is available on the City's website here:
htto://www.ci.soringfield.or.us/dsd/Planning/aoosfees%202008.htm. You can print off a copy of the "Improvement
Agreement -Individual" and check the appropriate boxes on the form. Please keep in mind it's an 8 Y, x 14" legal-sized'
form.
Regarding the deed restriction issue, I don't have any "stock" language to provide, but you can touch base with the City
Surveyor's Office for assistance. Chris Moorhead (736-1011) is the contact person. The document should contain
language addressing the intent of the land use condition and that is recordable at Deeds & Records.
Mr. Helfrich should contact AI Gerard, Fire Marshal at 726-2294 to discuss the private well vs. public fire hydrant issue.

1. Will the City prepare the improvement agreement referred to in condition #1 ?
2. Do you have an example of a suitable deed restriction referred to in condition #2 ?
3. Dean is interested in asking the fire marshall if a private well' could be considered in leu \Jf the fire hydrant,
can you provide me with the most direct contact information for the fire marshall?

Hi Jim, here is a link to the City's Engineering Design Standards Manual that lists suitable street trees in Chapter 6;

Because there are no overhead power lines along the property frontage, alm.ost any listed tree should be acceptable.
