Vision clearance areas must be provided in conformance with 4.2-130 along all site driveways and at the intersection of Main Street and 44th Street. 6. Please indicate the type of bicycle parking racks that will be provided. In addition, there must be a 5-foot access aisle between the wall of the building and a parked bicycle in conformance with 4.6-145 B. Also, at least one long-term bicycle parking .space must be provided and must conform to the standards of 4:6-145 and 4.6-150 7. Provide a Landscape Plan drawn by a landscape architect. As part of this plan, provide a written description, including specification's, of the permanent irrigation system unless planting areas are planted with native species. Also, list in ch,art fOnT the proposed types of landscape materials (trees, shrubs, ground cover). Include in the chart genus, species, common name, quantity, size, spacing and method of planting. Street trees must be in conformance with the EDSPM. If the 10" Birch is proposed to be removed, will anything take its place between the driveway on 44th street and the north property line? 8.
