Attached is PW Transportation's Site Pre-Submittal Checklist for the PRE2007-00075 Enterprise Rent-a-Car

Note: This application is complete..~however, I have several notes that go along wi\h this....please see the notes
on the checklist. One note in particular (Note #1, concerning the OOOT Approach Permits....1 stated that the
applicant/developer should closely coordinate with OOOT regarding both the existing and, future access

of Nov, 2, 2007 I will not be available, and PW Transportation questions regarding this application should be
addressed to Gary McKenney.) .
