Looks like including the Game Farm section to include the loops may be a little more difficult than we thought, With the
time so short on this, do we want to push ahead and get that piece annexed, or do we want to just stick with the facility
permit?

Richard: Because this was not included in the 2007 Board Order and due to the cost of generating a separate one, how
about if LC issues the City an Facility Permit for these loops with the idea that someday Game Farm will be part of an
annexation and will become a City Street?

Frank,
I was given your name by Dennis Ernst here at the City of Springfield. I am working on the ahnexation of property along
the Martin Luther King Parkway and we have come upon an issue that you may be able to h~lp us with. There is a small
portion of Game Farm Rd. at the intersection of Harlow that we would like to include in the annexation. It extends
about 100ft and is intended to capture the loop detectors for the signal. This piece is in ownership of the county and we
will need some documentation to proceed. I can provide legal description, etc. to describe the parcel but I am not sure
, ,
who has the authority to grant this the "ok." Can you help me or can you direct me to who ~an? We are on a very short
timeline for this, so your response is very appreciated.
