Public Hearing Meeting/Public Open House
Richard: I have a joint Lane County/Springfield Planning Commission meeting tonight for th,e Public Facilities and
Services Plan amendments. It starts at 5:30 pm, I don't anticipate that the meeting will take a long time, but since the
Commissioners are there for a special meeting they may ask questions and prolong things a bit. As soon as I can break
away, I'll head up to the MLK Annexation open house at the church On Game Farm Road. H'opefully I'll be there by 6:30
or so. Hold down the fort until I get there.
Please ensure there is a sign-in sheet provided so we can monitor the number of attendees, and we should also provide
paper for people to write comri1ent~ if desired,'
