I am preparing the public hearing notice for the MLK annexation that will be mailed out to adjacent landowners and published in the newspaper on about June 18th and 25th If you can prepare a separate neighborhood open house meeting notice to be sent with the public hearing notice, please coordinate with Brenda Jones on the number and size of open house notices that will be required, Planning typically notifies both property owners and residents of public hearings, so it would be advisable to have a sufficient quantity of insert notices for the entire mailout.
