MLK Annexation Materials
Richard: Unfortunately, I spoke too soon when Len asked if everything was in-hand for the MLK annexation submittal.

The ever-vigilant Karen Lafleur noticed that some of the documents provided as supporting information only included
,
every other page, The original documents must have been double-sided, but apparently only one side was copied, We
will need to prepare new packets of the photocopied materials (or just insert the missing pages) prior to sending the
packets out for review, Fortunately, this omission was discovered just before the packets w~re taken to the mail room
so no incomplete packets were sent out.
When you return, please get in touch with me at your earliest convenience so the packets can be completed and
distributed for internal and external review. Thanks
