Please remove the annexation time set for June 1, 2009. We have finally received the MLK annexation and
will need to add that to the July 6, 2009 calendar.

Brenda: We can remove the annexation public hearing placeholder for the June 1 City Council meeting, as no
applications have been received within the 45 day DLCD notification period for that hearing aate, The MLK Parkway
Annexation public hearing can be added to the placeholder slot for the July 6 City Council meeting. Thanks

straightforward, so we probably don't need too much time except to explain the additional portions of ROW on
