Andy Limbird -
I take it from this notice, YOUR government is thinking of
globbling our land into the city limits. It states for right of way
but we all know this really means SEWER.
I have a letter from the City of Springfield that states
~ay we can be FORCED into sewer costs is IF and ONLY IF the ground
water is so polluted that the state condems it OR a property owner
ASKS to be annexed and sewer put into place.

I ~ee no report with this letter stating either one.
I think Springfield has lost enough money from such GREAT
the Sony mess and other tax breaks that have cost the people of
Springfield so much extra out of pocket cash.
deals as
This economy is not stable enough to handle g1v1ng away large
amounts of cash to a couple of companies that are already fat from
over charging the people of this state for "PUBLIC WORKS" projects.
PLUS you need to cover thePERS accounts that you have - that isn't
goi~g to be cheaper and it WILL' NOT GO AWAY!!
This is not needed at this time. Save, the money for more needed
projects, like cleaning up the 28th street area. THAT IS A SHAME in
the face of the city.
Thanks for your time
