Would it be possible to remind the Council that our motivation behind annexing MLK is primarily traffic enforcement
and part of our plan to improve pedestrian safety in the roundabout?
I'm not quite sure of the reasoning for the annexation of what looks like small portions of the right of way for Game
Farm and Deadmond Ferry but, please add an explanation of that also.

Andy: J revised the AIS re police services as Lane County can still provide enforcement inside the City Limits. In fact,
sometime they set up radar traps on Harlow out of the driveway to my condo. It's a revenue generator for them.
