APPLICATION AND AGREEHENT FCR SEWER HCCKUP
Application is hereby made by the undersigned property owner for permission
to connect the following described property to a city sanitary sewer line, Olmed
and maintained by the City of Springfield, and I agree to pay such'a hookup charge
of $4,50. per front foot of the property for the first ISO. feet in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in lieu of an assessment against ,the described
property. An additional $0.,0.3, per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first ISO. feet.

Meridian; thence North along the West line of said D.L.C. No. 55, 926.76 feet;
thence East 40.00 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 287.
also known as Jasper Road, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence
North 00 15' 52" East along said Easterly right-of-way line 430.00 feet to the
intersection of said Easterly'~ight-of-way line with the Southerly right-of-way
