Dear Lorne:
Please find herewith, three sets of revised construction
drawings for the above-referenced proJect. These plans have been
revised In accordance with your Initial plan review with the revIsions
as fol lows:
1. Sheet C-l. Addition of a second restroom and note
regarding the Installation of a stop sign prior to
enterIng 42nd Street.
2. Sheet C-2. Addition of a second restroom and revisions
to the location of the handicapped ramp.
3. Sheet C-3. Addition of a second restroom and note
regarding the Installation of backflow prevention devices.
4. Sheet A-I. Revisions to the floor plan to provide
for a second restroom and associated notes In the room
finish schedule and door schedule.
5. Sheet A-2. Addition of a second door In elevation D
and notes regarding safety glass.
6. Sheet A-3. Revisions to the foundation, roof framing,
and roof plan associated with the addition of a second
restroom.

7. Sheet A-6. Revision to the store fixture plan necessitated
by the addition of a second restroom.
8. Sheet A-7. Revisions to the reflected ceiling plan
necessitated by the addition of the second restroom.
9. Sheet P-l. Revisions to the plumbing layout and water/sewer
Isometrics to reflect changes required by the addition
of a second restroom.
10. Sheet ME-I. Revisions to the HVAC plan to reflect
changes necessitated by the addition of a second restroom
and addition of required venting as shown In Section A.
11. Sheet E-l. Addition of the second restroom.
12. Sheet E-3. Revision of the electrical lighting plan
necessitated by the addition of the second restroom.
13. Sheet E-4. Revision to the electrical power plan neces-
sitated by the addition of a second restroom.
We feel that the modification of these plans now adequately
addresses the comments made In your Initial plan review and we respectfully
request your review of these plans as soon as possible so that a buildIng'
permit may be Issued. We appreciate your cooperation In this matter
