Dear Mr. Patton:
At your request, this letter is written notification of a street address which has been assigned
to a vacant parcel of land known as Lane County Assessors Number 17023232, Tax Lot
02500. You have informed us that this is the proposed location for construction of a Jack
In The Box restaurant. The address assigned to this parcel will be 4175 Main Street,
Springfield, Oregon 97478.
