Need engineer's report and other department approvals. Received energy code forms. JMP left a voice mall message for David and Deb Corey reminding them of the request for energy codes made on 9/30/2004 when the application was taken in from Deb. David Corey called and asked for an emall on energy code forms. JMP sent him the requested email with the web address and David Harris's name and phone number. To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspection requested before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work day.
