The requested variance for the purpose of keeping goats, chickens, and
rabbits should not be granted.
Parts of the 40 unit apartment complex, Mountain View Townhouses, backs
on the south side of the Holland property. The noise and smell from

the animals, which are kept directly behind the fence separating the .,:.~:
properties, is very offensive. Tenants on the second floor of the town- ...", .
houses look directly into the area where these animals are kept. This area~~'
is dirty and the animals excretion creates a health hazard for tenants. :::-:i'.

As managers of the Mountain View Townhouses, and speaking for the owner,
we request that the variance be denied.
