OREGON 97477 PUBLIC WORKS April 24, 1980 346 MAIN STREET 726-3753 CERTIFIED LETTER Forest Mecca N.W., Inc. 2105 Silver Lea Court Eugene, Oregon 97404 ~ Gentlemen: I'm writing with regard to the condition of a parcel of land located at 4139' Main Street, Springfield, Oregon. Our records show you as the owners of this property more particularly described as Tax Lot #2700, County Assessors' Map #17 02 32 32. A house which appears to be vacant and several "sheds" or "out- buildings" exist on said property. The" sheds" or "outbuildings" are partially demolished; debris having been left in public view. This condition causes the property to be in violation of Section 4-0-1 of the Uniform Housin~ Code as adopted by the City of Springfield relative to nuisances (please refer to the attached copy). Therefore by 30 days from the date of this letter (May 24, 1980), the partially demolished outbuildings and all.stray lumber and debris must be removed from the property. . Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why it should not be complied with, further action may be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
