Gentlemen:
I'm writing with regard to the condition of a parcel of land located at 4139'
Main Street, Springfield, Oregon. Our records show you as the owners of this
property more particularly described as Tax Lot #2700, County Assessors' Map

buildings" exist on said property. The" sheds" or "outbuildings" are partially
demolished; debris having been left in public view. This condition causes the
property to be in violation of Section 4-0-1 of the Uniform Housin~ Code as
adopted by the City of Springfield relative to nuisances (please refer to the
attached copy).
Therefore by 30 days from the date of this letter (May 24, 1980), the partially
demolished outbuildings and all.stray lumber and debris must be removed from
the property. . Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why it
should not be complied with, further action may be taken under the Codes of the
City of Springfield, Oregon. Your anticipated cooperation is appreciated.
