Dear Mr. Puent,
This letter isiin response to your request concerning repairs to be
made to. 41)9 East Main.
I had not realized the degree to which my manager and tenants had
depreciated the property.
My intention is to improve the property to a usable condition. Funds
for this type work have not been available until now, and I expect
to be in a position to begin this work the latter part of March.
We will have to obtain bids and permits for the work to be done and
I therefore request an extension of the deadline to start work, an
additional 90 days.
