To keep you updated, I phoned Tammy Olden this morning and left a message on her
recorder for her to phone me.

I will be telling her that in order for her to have an auto detailing business
at 4125 Main Street, she will need to first have an Occupancy Inspection by our
Division to see if the building will meet the minimum code standards for that
type of a business. Because a prior use of the building was for vehicle
service, and the small nature of the proposed business, the inspection will be
provided as a courtesy to the new owner/tenant and an inspection fee will not be
charged.
I think this is the beginning step for her business, and if the inspection
reveals the building is sui table for auto detailing" perhaps by then she will
have the funds to purchase her sign permits.
