Field Observations and Comments
AM: As requested, a representative of PSI was on-site to observe stripping and subgrade penetrations for lots 2-8 and'
22.28. The contractor was removing tree stumps. PSI recommended stripping excess organics from all areas. PSI
would like the opportunity to proof roll all subgrade prior to fill placement. Soil probing of current grades yielding
penetrations less than 2 inches indicating relatively stable grades at this time.
PM: A proof roll of subgrade for the eastern portion of Mountaingate Loop and lots 2 to 8 was performed using a fully
loaded tandem axle dump truck weighing approximately 50,000 Ibs. Little to no deflection was observed indicating a
relatively stable grade at this time. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with the
building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the
International Buildino Codes,
