The proof roll was conducted using a loaded ten-wheeled dump truck approximately 50,000 pounds. There were no deflections or pumping observed under the wheel loads and no wheel tracking on rutting indicating a firm and stable subgrade at this time. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Buildinq Codes. Eleven (x11) piers were excavated to depths ranging from 12 feet to 14 Yz feet below ground surface. Upon our arrival the holes had been drilled and the delta crew were preparing to drop rebar cages. Visually, the holes appeared to penetrate two (2) to three (3) feet into the "bar run" material. Depth of excavation from south to north are as follows: 12 Yz (gw), 12' (gw), 12 '%' (gw), 12 Yz' (gw), 12', 12' (gw). 12', 12 Yz', 14 Yz', 12 Yz' (gw) and 13' (gw). (gw) indicates ground water was observed in the base of excavations.
