At your request the Building Division of the City of Springfield made an
Occupancy Inspection on November 28, 1978, at 4124 Main Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
The inspection was requested in connection with a proposed expansion of the
current office building on the west side of the property.

Dear Mr. Murray:
At your request the Building Division of the City of Springfield made an
Occupancy Inspection on November 28, 1978, at 4124 Main Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
The inspection was requested in connection with a proposed expansion of the
current office building on the west side of the property.
A set of drawings indicating the proposed new construction must be submitted
to the Building Division. The drawings must show an approved foundation to
be installed under the existing building.
All proposed construction and the existing building must be all the requirements
of a B-2 occupancy.
