Street frontage of this property. See the attached copy of the City standard form.

An Improvement Agreement is required for. North 41st Street alonK the frontage of this
property, incl~sive of curbs and gutters, sidewalks, paving, sewers and street lighting.

An Improvement Agreement is required for a 7' wide sidewalk along the Main Street frontage
of this property, See the attached copy of the City standard form.

In conformance with Section 4.05 A of the City Zoning Code, no parking is allowed within
the first ten feet of the property adjancent to both ~lain and 41st Streets. A minimum
6" high wheel stop shall be installed to confine parking to the setback area.
