NOTIFICATION OF ~IOVE: The Building Division
will route copies of this application to all
appropriate divisions, departments and Agen-
cies. HOWEVER, ~he applicantcmust contact
property owners if trees arecinvolved in the
proposed move. IN ADDITION, the applicant
must secure the approval of all' appropriate
municipal, county and state authorities
should the move originate or terminate out-
side the City of Springfield.

SEWER CAP: Buildings moved frolL.within the
Cicy limics shall have che sewer capped ac
the'property line and inspected one working
day prior to the move. If the inspection
indicaces chac che sewer has noc been prop-
erly capped, the moving permit will be
revoked.

PLANS, FEES, AND CHARGES: Prior to receiv-
ing a permit to move a building to property
within the City, the applicant or his/her
authorized representative must:
1, Submit 2 copies of site or plot plan
for new site. ~
2.' Submit',2 coples of foundation "plan for
the relocated building.
3. Obtain'a permi~ covering the new founda-
tion, as well as all plumbing/mechanical
and electrical work relating to the re-
'located bui l'ding,
4. Pay Systems Development Charge if appll-
cable.
SEPTIC TANK REQUIREMENTS: Prior to moving,
owner shall have all sludge from che sepcic
tank, seepage pit or cesspool removed by a
person holding a sewage dispoal service li-
cense, and shall fill same wich clean bar-
run gravel or other material approved by the
Director or his authorized representative.

AGREEMENT

I J.W. Hooton, o~ner of the fonzies Resteurant Real Property et 4090
Main Street in Springfield, Oregon agrees to allo~ Ron Olson of OLSON
fAMILY ENTERPRISES Inc., end PITSTOP U.S.A. INTERNATIONAL INC., the
rights to temporarily store the Teco Restaruant from 29th and Willamette
on my 4090 Main Street Premises. The projected store~e period is 3-6 months.
However, if edditional time is needed bevond the 3-6 months period, I would
consider extending the period at that tiT-e. The Rental rete of this syoraget
is SlOO.OO per month and will commence on the date the b~ding arr~~s.
