Hammitt Donation Land Claim NO. 38, Township 17 South, Range 2 West of the W1l1amette Meridian, running thence rJorth parallel to the East line of said Claim No. 38, 120 feet, thence West parallel to the North line of said Highway, 119.5 feet, thenoe South parallel to the East line of said olaim No. 38, 120 feet, thenoe East along said Highway, 119.5 feet to the plaoe of begiMing, in Lane County, Oregon. known as number ~-o 91/ . of JY/ fUn/ Street in the City of Springfield, Lane County, State of Oregon, but within '" the prohibited set back area as established by the ordinances of the City of Springfield, but not closer than 1.)3 feet to the center line of Main Street, the undersigned applicant and permitee does hereby promise and agree that in the event the City of Springfield deems it necessary for any reason, and at the City's request the undersigned will, at his own expense, remove the above mentioned advertising sign promptly.
