Dear Business Owners:
Our records indicate that on May 24,2001, plans were submitted for the proposed remodel of toilet rooms
for the restaurant and bar located at 5094 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon. To date, the additional
information requested has not been submitted and the plan review has expired.
The Springfield Building Safety Codes Administrative Code states that "Applications for which no permit is
issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation, and plans and other data
submitted for review may thereafter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the Building Official." The
Code further states that, 'The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period
not exceeding 180 days upon request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the control of the
applicant have prevented action from being taken. No application shall be extended more than once. In
order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new
plan review fee."
If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your plans, please contact me within ten (10) days. If I
do not hear from you within this timeframe, your plans will be destroyed.
