At your request the Building.Division of the City of Springfield

The following items shall be repaired or replaced to conform to the
applicable codes.
1. The windows on the west side of the building, that are less
than 20' from the property line shall be of glass not less than
J,," think and shall be reinforced with wire mesh #24 ga. or heav-
ier embedded in the'glass to conform with Section 4306 (h) U.B.C.
2. All receptacles must be grounded type.
3. Conduit must be continuously grounded through out the system.
4. All knock outs in junction boxes must be sealed with approved
fillers.
5. Approved cover plates required on all junction boxes.
6. Thermostat wiring must be in. conduit.
7. Wiring to compressor must be in a metal raceway.
8. Approved covers required on control boxes on heater.
9. All receptacles shall be flush with finished wall surface or
sleeves installed.
10. Heating unit in office area must be anchored to wall.
11. Approved fillers must be installed in the knock outs in panel ~ox.

All applicable permits shall be obtained and all work inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
