We have received your request for assignment of a second address since your former
business, "Great Western Manufactured Homes", has been sold and a new company is being
formed to use the remaining vacant property.
It is our understanding that the property in question is Tax Lot 03800 or Lane County
Assessor Map #17-02-33-32, and is immediately east of the sold business addressed 5024
Main Street. Your new address will be 5050 Main Street.
