On December 2, 1988 the Director grantea approval of a site plan for the
construction of a storage facility at 4840 Main Street.
In reviewing our recoras it was aiscoverea that your site plan approval wi,l
expire on March I, 1989 unless you complete the information listea on the
letter from Greg Mott aatea December 2, 1989.
Section 31.080 of the Springfiela Development Coae states that "Within 90 aays
of the affirmative aecision by the Approval Authority, a Final Site Plan shall
be preparea ana filea with the Director. This plan shall incluae all requirea
moaifications and applicable conaitions. The Final Site Plan shall become null
and VOid if construction has not begun within one year of Final Site Plan
approval, i.e., the signing of a Development Agreement".
