Dear Mr. Richey and Mr Hamilton:
We have been asked to respond to the question of how the City will determine the
in-lieu-of assessment fee for your proposed storage facility development at the
subject property. Our records indicate that the property has been charged for
the front 150 feet preyiously. Due to the fact that your proposed development
has minimal demand on the City sanitary sewer system (only a home for a manager/
night watchman) we feel that it is justifyable not to charge any additional fee
for sewer use until such time as the property is developed in a way which viII
increase the demand for sewer.
