I have received your application for a proposed frecstanding'sign to be ,installed at 4808 Main Slreet,
Springfield, Oregon.
In order to process your application, you will need to submit. two sets of the following information:

. ^ plot plan showing where the sign will be located in relation 10 property lines, driveways, and Ihe
48th and Main Street intersection.
. ^ drawing showing all dimensions, total height, and a footing detail of your proposed sign.
Until I receive the above mcntioned information, I will be unable to complete a plan review for your
proposed sign. Once I have received the information, I will process your application and phone you once
