APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR SEWER HOOKUP
Application is hereby made by the undersigned property owner for permission
. to connect the following'described property to a city sanitary sewer line, owned
and maintained by the City of Springfield, and I agree to pay such a hookup charge
of $4,50 per' front foot of the property for the first 150 feet in depth to be
served by such city sewer line in lieu of an assessment against the described
property, An additional $0,03 per square foot will be charged for any additional
property beyond the first 150 feet,

Beginning at a point in the southerly right of way line of the McKenzie Highway 52
feet north 890 44' west of a point which is the intersection of the east line of the.
Thomas D, Edwards Donation Land Claim No. 55, in Township 17 South, Range 2 West of
the Willamette Meridian with the southerly right of way line of said highway, said
point of intersection being 1328,4 feet south of the northeast corner of said
Donation Land Claim; thence south 00 07' west 200 feet; thence north 890 53' west

said highway, and thence south 890.44' east along said right of way line 102 feet
to the point of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon.

sewer user charges, plumbing permits or other such costs to be assumed by the
property owner,
