1 received your Home Occupation Application and although you explained what your
business will do the information I need pertains to how the operation will be
conducted.
I tried to reach you by telephone but was unsuccessful, therefore, if you could
review the following questions and contact me with the information I will process
your request.
1. Do you plan to have employees other than family members who reside at the
residence?
2. Will the coupons you refer to be produced on site; stored on site; mailed out
from this address; etc?
3. Do you anticipate any clients visiting you at,your home in connection with
this operation?
4. Are you going to install a sign if approved?
5. Do you anticipate deliveries of supplies other than by mail?
Once I have a better understanding of how your operation works I will review your
application.
