THIS INDENTURE MADE and entered into this \~~day of
hereinafter referred to as the Grantors and THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, a municipal
corporation, in Lane County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: In consideration of the acceptance by Grantee and the use of holding of said
easement for present or future public use by Grantee, Grantors, hereby grant. bargain,
sell and convey unto the Grantee, a perpetual easement, together with the right to go upon

Thomas D, Edwards Donation Land Claim #55, Notf, No. 7486, said Township and range.
from,said beginning point run South 00 04' West 330 feet, thence south 890 44' east
parallel with said south right of way line 88 feet, thence north 00 04' east 330 feet
to said south right of way line, thence north 890 44' west 88 feet to the place of
beginning, in Lane County, Oregon,
