1982 inspection found no compliance.
3. 3387 Oregon Street - Resident
Violation of Section 6-1-3, City Code relative to depositing materials on public
ways, The resident was required to remove branches and garden debris from a
storm sewer drainage ditch adjacent to her property by August 17, 1982. To date,
the debris has not been removed" Although we cannot prove the abutting property
owner actually deposited the debris, can we pursue this violation through ap-
propriate legal procedures?
~ 4489 Main Street - Matt Ritzdorf
Violation of Section 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous
Buildings as adopted by the City of Springfield, Mr. Rltzdorf was required
to demolish a building partially destroyed by fire and clean up the property
by February 20, 1982. At that time, Mr, Ritzdorf telephoned this office and
requested an extension, To date. no further work to complete the demolition
has been accomplished:
Please initiate the appropriate action In order to secure compliance at these locations.
Copies of applicable correspondence are attached.
The following location is now in compliance with applicable City Codes and Ordinances:
