SUBJECT: Non-Compliance With The Following Cases
1) 251 South 57th Street - John McGinty, violation of Section 302 of the Uniform
Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, Mr. McGinty, the property
owner, siqned an agreement to have the Fire Department practice burn a house
located at this address, The agreement requires debris removal within 10 days.
In addition, a March 17, 1983 letter from this office requiring debris removal
and sewer capping or septic tank filling has not been complied with. Copies
of the letter and agreement are attached,
2) 234 "Q" Street - Resident (Jim Randazzo). Violation of Sections 5-1-1 (3)(a)
and (d) of the City Code. Many letters have been sent to Mr. Randazzo rela-
tive to his storing junk/trash/used materials in public view, After each let-
ter, Mr. Randazzo has complied with City Code only to later allow the used
materials to again accumulate in public view, He has not yet received a ,com-
pliance letter from your office (letters attached).
3) 4173 Main Street - Sherman Ruttencutter, violation of 401 of the Uniform Housing
Code relative to nuisances, A February 28, 1983 letter from this office required
clean up and removal of debris from the partial demolition of two structures lo-
cated at the above referenced address, Mr, Ruttencutter immediately contacted me
and advised me that the letter's requirements would be met by April 1, 1933. The-
septic tanks have been filled and the demolition of the houses have been completed;
however, the debris from both houses still exists on the property, What is your
suggestion for the next step in order to secure compliance?
,
4) 357 South 70th Street - Resident, violation of Section 5-1-1 (3)(d), City Code.
Old tires, used furniture and miscellaneous equipment are stored in public view
on this property, There has-been no compliance as a result of my January 31, 1983
