Westerly Southwest corner of the Thomas D. Edwards D. L. C. No. 55, said
Township and Range; from said beginning point run South 00 04' West 330
feet; thence South 890 44' East parallel with said South right of way line
88 feet; thence North 00 04' East 330 feet to said South right of way line;
thence North 890 44' West 88 feet to the place of beginning, in Lane County,
Oregon.
