Dear Mr. Ritzdorf:
This letter shall act to confirm our conversation on
December 17,1985 regarding an extension of the building permit for
the alteration/repair of the structure located at the above
referenced address. Your permit will be extended temporarily to allow
the necessary construction activity to be completed within the
following deadlines. Failure to adhere or complete the scheduled
work by the dates specified below will immediately cause the
temporary permit extension to become void and the conditions
established by the Notice and Order to become effective.

building to be completed by December 26, 1985.
