As requested by the Springfield Fire Departroent an electrical inspection was 'conducted
,'at the above referenced address with regard to electrical hazards resulting from a re-

Replace all daro,aged circuit conductors.

Replac,e all dam,aged outlets, switches, thennostat, and light fixtures.
3) Bring service equiptment up to safety standards and code compliance. ( the fire
appears to have caused damage back to some of service equiptment through conduit
systems)
Oregon Electrical Safety Law'Section 824-22-110 states that electrical work perfonned
,on property that is for rent ,Lease, or sale shall be done by an electrical,contractor~
All permits shall be obtained ,before work is 'started and required inspection shall be
conducted.
