Dear Mr. West:
'*
In going through the files we came across a building permit application for:
~
Utility shed at Waterbed Factory, 4404 Main Street
that was submitted on
October 18, 1979
The 1976 Uniform Building Code states in Section 303 (c) that any application
for which no permit is issued within 180 days shall expire by limitation. If
conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding on this pro-
ject please submit a letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant
the Building Official may extend your application for a specified period of time.
If this application has or when it does expire it will need to be resubmitted
and a new plan check fee will be due.
If we do not hear from you within the next five days we will assume that you
have canceled., this project and clear the files of all related material. If
you have any questions concerning this matter call the Springfield Building
Division at 726-3753.
Sincerely,
G,
